Meet Laura Bellamy, LMHC
I’m Laura Bellamy, a licensed mental health counselor and the founder of Well Rooted Counseling, LLC. As an Air Force veteran, a mom, wife, and friend, I understand firsthand the complexities that come with navigating life’s challenges. My background and experiences have shaped my deep empathy for those who face difficulties and trauma. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy, specifically Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, PTSD. My goal is to guide clients toward healing by creating a safe, non-judgmental space.
